John A. Nelson CEO
John A. Nelson, an attorney and MBA graduate in Finance from The Wharton School,
is the founder and CEO of Paragon Realty Group LLC. Paragon and
its affiliates own over 2,000,000 square feet of properties located throughout
the northeast and mid- Atlantic regions including shopping centers, warehouse
and office properties. John is also CEO of The Andrell Group LLC,
a nationally recognized real estate services company which he founded in
1986. Andrell is a very successful niche service provider with a blue chip client
roster. John began his career in the real estate group at the New York law firm
of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison. John received his B.A. and B.S.
degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978, J.D. from the University
of Pennsylvania Law School in 1982 as well as an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton
School that same year. He has also taught accounting at The Wharton School.
